Abstract

المستخلص:

انصب اهتمام هذه الدراسة على تصميم نموذج عملي يعرف بـ "مساعدة الشهرة الذكي" (Lovable AI)، الغرض منه محاولة فهم كيفية توظيف البحث العلمي المعزز بالذكاء الاصطناعي لمساعدة ليبيا في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة 2030. حاول الباحث قدر الإمكان وضع هذا العمل على الطيف العملي للنظريات، مع الانتباه إلى تحسين نوعية المخرجات البحثية ورفع كفاءة الاستخدام وتناولت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي التطبيقي، القائم على المحاسبة و معالجة البيانات الفعلية و دون استعمال الاستبيانات، و أثر ذلك على استعمال محركات البحث الذكية، و محاصرتها بالكتب و الدراسات الموثقة و ذات رقم التعريف المعياري الدولي (DOI) لضمان دقة ومصداقية الإطار النظري. وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في المؤسسات الأكاديمية و البحثية الليبية ذات المستودعات الرقم ن، و أظهرت النتائج أن الأداء الذكي قد أتاح بيئة بحثية متكاملة، و قد و أدى إلى تحسين دقة النتائج و تجاوز فجوة النقص في الخبرة التقنية، مما مكّن الباحثين من تخصيص جهدهم نحو التحليل الاستراتيجي و دعم اتخاذ القرارات القائمة على البيانات الدقيقة. و توصي الدراسة بضرورة استيعاب الجامعات هذه النماذج الذكية و تعزيز البنيات التحتية الرقمية و تدريب العاملين على أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي.

Abstract:

This study seeks to establish a prototype named Shuhra Smart Assistant (Lovable AI) to conceptualize the function of AI in improving the quality of scientific research aimed towards the attainment of sustainable development goals (SDGs) in Libya in the context of Libya Vision 2030. For this study, the researcher is tackling the problem of the theory and practice divide in research. There is, however, a focus on the theory of practice of research and the more effective utilization of the practice of research. Without the use of any surveys, an applied experimental approach  was used based on the processing of real data.  In order to maintain the theoretical integrity of the research, the study employed intelligent search engines to locate references with DOIs. The target population of the referenced study was, specifically, the Libyan academia and research institutions having digital repositories. The Smart Assistant was able to establish a digital research environment and enhance the precision of the outcomes while bridging the gap in technological proficiency of the researchers so that they could focus more on the cognitive tasks of data analysis and decision making The study recommends the adoption of such smart frameworks in universities, building the digital infrastructure, and training the academic and research staff on AI-based research tools.
